Pastor Eric spent most of his youth in Reno, NV. He grew up in what some would refer to as poverty class. He had a zeal for life during his adolescent years. He often speaks about the first time he was in a preaching service, the preacher said “Jesus Christ” and he thought it was a curse word. But after claiming Christ as his own, he began to grow in the faith.
After graduating from the Reno school system, he headed off to seminary and earned his bachelors in Pastoral Theology. He moved back to Reno and worked as a bus director for a local church. All this time, God burdened his heart to plant a church. That church is alive today.
Pastor Eric has a unique perspective on ministry. Having not been raised in the church culture, he was reached by the church culture and therefore carries both a practical and spiritual side of Christianity.
